LISA M. ROGERS, CPA

Lisa's experience includes the general practice of public accounting including tax planning and compliance services, litigation support, financial statements and general business planning. She has represented buyers and sellers in negotiations for the purchase and sale of businesses and provided consulting advice in a variety of engagements. Her client base includes individuals, estates, trusts, partnerships, limited liability companies and corporations in various industries including construction, non-profit organizations, wholesale and retail, real estate, professionals, investors and others.

She was a senior tax manager at KPMG Peat Marwick, LLP prior to creating this firm. She graduated from the University of Alaska Anchorage with a bachelor of business administration majoring in accounting and obtains 40 or more hours of continuing professional education annually.

She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Alaska Society of Certified Public Accountants (past president), Alaska Association of Collaborative Professionals, and the Anchorage Estate Planners Council. She is a former chairman of the board for the Alaska Community Development Corporation.
